UPDATE: I rang the building manager of the given address and she confirms there is a “FXUnited Global” operating in the building. However this name does NOT appear in the online Philipino business directory. She says there is no phone there but she gave me the email of the PR person named Maridel Momaya @FXunited.com I wrote her a lengthy email explaining that I need the company registration details so I can hold the business legally accountable with my moneys invested (that is taking so long to take out now). So now we know there is an office, but that doesnt mean the business is safe. I still need to know the company name and registration. Without this information the office could end up empty one day and we have no one or thing to prosecute tomorrow.
WARNING: FXUnited Support has not vouched for these photos nor have they confirmed nor denied the address where these photos were taken. This is allegedly the same address listed for the Manila office under “Fake” Corporate Structure given to me by internal chatter between uplines and downlines. So there is no way to know if these photos are really genuine or not until support@FXUnited.com vouches for them. There seems to be a disjoint in communications between what is said between uplines and downlines and what is said between support and clients. I suppose there is a way if one were to visit their office un-announced. A surprise visit would solve this mystery. I don’t like that you cannot visit anytime you want, they say you have to make an appointment. Well perhaps between appointments there is no body there?
The registered company name has reported to be: “UGHL” by internal chatter but there is no evidence for this in the Philipino business directory at all: http://www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph/
Nor has there been any results for “FXUnited” or “United Global Holdings”.
Their office is allegedly:
Unit 6D, 6th Floor, 8 Rockewell, Hidalgo Drive, Rockwell Centre, Makati
